Cynthia and Evelyn live together in a house where they repeatedly stage scenes of command, service and punishment. Evelyn writes instructions and prepares the details, while Cynthia performs the role Evelyn asks her to take. As the routines continue, differences in desire, energy and expectation begin to affect the relationship outside the scenes.
